🔄 Returns

You may return any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • The item is not customized or personalized
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To request a return, please email support@wcbelts.com with your order number and reason for return.

⚠️ Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized belts (e.g., engraved plates, custom text, logos)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

We cannot accept returns on custom orders unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

♻️ Exchanges

Need a different belt or product? We’re happy to offer an exchange if:

  • You return the original (non-custom) item in resellable condition
  • The replacement item is available in stock
  • You cover any difference in product price or shipping

For custom belts, exchanges are only possible if the error was made by us (e.g., spelling mistake, incorrect design).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid lost returns

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wcbelts.com
  • Include clear photos of the issue and your order number
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you
