At WC Belts, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products (including handmade and custom-made items), our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical for both parties.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all packaging
- The item must not be customized or personalized
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wcbelts.com with your order details and reason for return. Return requests submitted after the 7-day window may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products (including engraved plates, custom text, or logos)
- Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
- Sale or clearance items, unless received defective or incorrect
Custom-made items are produced specifically for each order and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed defect or an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The original item must be returned in resellable condition
- The requested replacement must be available in stock
- Any difference in price and applicable shipping costs must be covered by the customer
For customized or personalized items, exchanges are only possible where:
- The item is defective, or
- The customization does not match the confirmed order due to our error
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error
We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet the stated conditions.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Email support@wcbelts.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full or partial refund
7. International Orders
For international returns:
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes
- WC Belts is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services
