At WC Belts, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely worldwide. The following outlines our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.

1. UK Shipping

Standard Delivery (2–5 Business Days)

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Delivered via Royal Mail, Evri, or equivalent courier services
• Cost: £3.99 (Free for orders over £50)

Express Delivery (1–2 Business Days)

• Order before 12:00 PM (UK time) for same-day dispatch (business days only)
• Delivered via Royal Mail 24, DPD, or equivalent
• Cost: £6.99

2. International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia.

Standard International Delivery (7–14 Business Days)

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
• Most shipments include tracking information
• Carriers may include Royal Mail International, UPS, DHL, or similar providers

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country
• These charges are not included in product or shipping prices
• Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns, or destruction of the package, for which we are not responsible

• Custom or personalized items: require 2–5 business days for production before dispatch
• Ready-made items: typically ship within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refund in such cases.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

• You must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• Provide supporting information, including photos (if applicable)

We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
